preception

what we perceive is influenced by our society around us. That's why no one is the same because their world has affected them differently. and everyone sees things differently because their mind has evolved to what it thinks is important. the issue of racism is most likely created by societies impact on how some see. i have always had the idea that other people see different than me. especially colors, for example how i see red might look blue to someone else but they have grown up labeling it red so to them its how they perceive red. in conclusion people in the future may have a better sight to what is real.

dreams

dreams take us on journeys. dreams allow our minds to wander and relax from hard thinking all day. some times our minds wander on things we may not want to, in this case dreams are bad and quit possibly terrifying. Also dreams can be good and lead us on epic fantasies that just aren't possible to think about while conscious. in conclusion dreams are the purest forms of our imagination.

novel entry

"The snowmobile was almost on them. Linc fumbled in his over sized mittens to flick off the safety, and when he realized he wouldn't have time he lurched to his feet and swung the rifle like a baseball bat. the gun hit the driver in the neck, and the kinetic energy of his forward motion coming against Lincs tremendous strength ripped him off the back of the machine and sent him sprawling across the ice. P216"

This passage shows Lincs strength which few men posses, I can relate to this because i pursue and hope to one day to have this strength. Right now i am working out 5-6 days a week and i know i will some day reach my goals.

the road less traveled

I believe it is very important to love your job. even if its a really respectable or high paying job the money cant buy you happiness. a good example of this is my mom and her old job, she had a very good high paying job working for the town of oliver but she hated it because she hated the stress and her co workers so she quite. the only downside is that i think she appreciated life outside the office way more.

my career plans for after school will hopefully be me joining the british royal marines. my first dream was to join the canadian military but at the moment it seems to be slipping out of reach. so i did some research and found that commonwealth citizens can join the british military. what i like about this is it will definately be an adventure. to be successful at this job first thing i need to do is get in really good shape. im currently working on large distance runs and working my way to doing at least 60 push ups. second thing to do is apply what makes this hard is i have to travel to the uk to do it so i really dont want to fail. i dont know if this is what i whant to do for the rest of my life but if i really enjoy it i will probably reconsider a career.

review

Uncharted 2 Among thieves the equivalent of the adventure tomb raider and the cinematic excellence of avatar in 2d. Along with Halo and modern warfare uncharted 2 ranks very high and was 2009s game of the year. This game has something for everyone shooting, cliff hanging, and action packed animation. this games replay value is very high because its so entertaining. this game is by far worth its price and will not disappoint.

writing prompts

my voices screams but is unheard by unlistening ears as yet another of my Conrad's is destroyed. memo to ted was my best friend so close we had been since our creation. We were brothers you see all of us are, we come from the same stack united by staples. now that he is gone i am next. what will it be like i ponder, but now i see death is just another phase in life. i remember the first time this change happened as we were cut down and processed into what we are now. the shredder is probably the same we just become something new. i now embrace my fate i just hope i will make some new friends inside the recycling bin.

top ways to improve your weight training

1)Make a commitment to train at least 3 days a week or every 2 days. You need to train a few times a week to really be able to build any muscle.
2)Have a rest day in between training in order to repair muscle.
3)Eat foods or supplements high in protein and carbohydrates within one hour before and after weight training. protein and carbohydrates give you the energy and nutrients to perform your best as well as repair muscle.
4)Protein is also needed every day to maintain muscle as well as repair it. you should try to shoot for getting your body weight but in grams of protein every day which is about the maximum it can absorb.
5)For gaining muscle size extra calories are needed this can be achieved easily by having a high calorie protein shake on top of normal meals.
6)Go up reps if you aren't going up reps you probably aren't getting stronger. Try to go up one rep every time to the gym.
7)Drink at least 2 litres of water every day. muscles build way faster if they are hydrated.
8)To gain size use a weight that you can lift at least 6 reps good form with and use it until you can do 2 sets of 10 reps. once you can lift that go up 2.5 pounds per arm and repeat until you reach your goals.
9)To help training other supplements such as glutamine, nitric oxide, and creatine may be very helpful. these supplements will help give your muscles the nutrients they need and give you more energy, endurance and power in the gym. note that you shouldn't over use these supplements and should only be used on training days.
10)Drink milk before bed so that you wont burn off any muscle while you sleep. also milk is the easiest way to get a quick shot of protein.
